Under Virginia law, the maximum fee a notary may charge for each notarization is $10 per signature.
Any additional travel or convenience fees are clearly stated in advance, ensuring transparency and fairness with every appointment.

Acknowledgments and Witness Signings
In addition to standard notarizations, Casquino & Co. offers witness and acknowledgment services for documents requiring verification of identity and voluntary signing.
We ensure that each signer personally appears, is properly identified, and understands the contents of the document before notarization.
